He revealed that he and Sam Esmail have discussed working together again, but emphasized that these conversations are unrelated to Mr Robot. When asked if a reboot, sequel, or continuation was in development, Malek answered with a clear “No.” This confirms that the psychological journey of Elliot Alderson has reached its definitive end.

Sam Esmail has repeatedly stated that the series was designed as a complete story.
